For men building their social lives / Stranger to Friend

Turn the people you see every week into real friends.

You meet people. You have a good conversation. Maybe you swap Instagrams. “Bro, we should hang out sometime.” Then nothing. Three months later you're strangers again.

I moved to a city knowing no one and built real friendships from scratch. This is exactly how I did it, in 21 reps you can do around work.

Who it's for

Work. Home. Phone. Repeat.

If that's your week, start with one move you can make. Find a place to show up, get to know someone there, and make a plan to see each other again. That's what you'll practice in this playbook.

How it works

Three parts. Skip one and it stalls.

  1. 01

    Proximity creates opportunity.

Pick one place you can go every week. Same place, same time, headphones out.

  2. 02

    Interaction creates familiarity.

Notice something, ask about it, get curious about the answer, and find what you both like.

  3. 03

    Repetition creates connection.

Invite him to something you already do, then turn it into a weekly thing. Somebody has to say it first.

What's inside

Know the next move. Then practice it.

  1. 1

Practice at a pace you can keep

About half take a few minutes at home. The rest happen the next time you're at your place. It might take three weeks or two months. Go at the pace your life allows.

  2. 2

    Get to hello

My full Fearless Approach System for the moment you freeze: the Permission Slip, the 3-Second Social Scan, 3-2-1 Send It, SPARK and your exit line.

  3. 3

Know what to say and send

What to say the first, second and third time you see him. The invite. The text after. What to send when he flakes.

  4. 4

See how I built my friendships

How I met Brandon and Jeremy, and how each one went from a face I saw every week to one of my best friends.

  5. 5

Put your effort where it comes back

The two-invite rule: when to stop chasing, and where to put that energy instead.

  6. 6

Keep track of the reps you've done

Tap Done on a rep and it ticks your tracker. Three badges, Regular, Known, Brother, mark your practice progress. Your name goes on the certificate at the end.

A look inside

You type in it. It saves.

Every page fits your phone screen. Tap Done on a rep and it ticks your tracker. Type his name once and it shows up on the reps that need it.

The tracker page, with a box for each of the 21 reps and three badges. The map page: proximity, interaction and repetition.Rep 9, with his name typed into the sentence and a rating to tap.

Why I made this

“My sole mission is to build the brotherhood again.”

I want men to have people who have their back. Brotherhood means being willing to make yourself uncomfortable sometimes so your brother can feel comfortable. Making a sacrifice when he needs you, and knowing he shows up for you too.

You can be honest about what you're going through and ask for help. I want you to know it's okay to be vulnerable. It's totally fine.

Fair questions

Before you buy.

How long does it take?

21 reps at your own pace. Some take two minutes on your couch. Some wait for the next time you're at your place. It might take three weeks. It might take two months. Just don't stop.

I'm quiet. Will this work for me?

I'm quiet around people I don't know too. There's a page in there just for the quiet guy. You can stay quiet and still do every rep. It takes one place, one guy and one weekly thing.

What do I get?

A PDF made for your phone, 76 pages. You type in the boxes, tick off your reps, and it saves as you go. It works on a laptop too. It lands in your email right after you pay.

I already have the free map. What's different?

The map shows where you stall and gives you one move. The playbook is the whole thing: all 21 reps, the stories, the texts and the Fearless Approach System.

Is this therapy?

No. It's practical education for making friends. If things feel heavier than lonely, talk to someone today. In the US, you can call or text 988 anytime.

What if it's not for me?

Email anton@joinsocialcode.com within 14 days and you get your money back. No questions.
